Feeling Stressed

When I feel stressed I need to write little notes to myself to calm down. Breathing exercisers don't work for me. Just the sitting down and breathing, nope. Mix in a little psychical yoga exercise and breathing I can do since it's not the main focus. This slight combination of activities leaves me feeling less stressed than before. Here is an example of something I wrote to bring me back into focus and collect my thoughts (no matter how scrambled they may be.)

Breathe, everything will be alright. Find your focus and take care of yourself. Take steps to do this, and know it will not happen instantly, It will be gradually that you will feel better and appreciate the fact that you took the time to endure the process and know you love yourself; so you take care of yourself. Feel awesome, feel great, feel thankful.

I usually repeat this in my head like a mini mantra if you wanna call it that. It's refreshing to type or write some words from my head to another element so that I can let them go and focus on them  somewhere else.

What are the steps you take to feel a little less stressed?

This is a test post for a review about Google Keep.

Friendly Education Vegan Videos

Friendly educational vegan movies because why not? I'm not fully vegan yet, but I'm finding it easier to swap out certain foods and replace them with delicious recipes. Now, I just need to find swaps for lasagna and ruffle chips, hmmm. I would like to share my favorite movies that have helped me become a much healthier version of me and helping out the planet as well.

Watch here. They also have another movie called Unity that I have yet to see. They're working on a third currently called Beings. This is by far the best one, but suited for a mature audience, very eye opening.

Watch here. This is a great one more about the agriculture industry if you're not so much focused on the animals. There are a lot of ways to go vegan, sometimes it takes all the points to make it clear.

Watch here. This is a great one to focus on what to eat. They do have recipes, and now even an app that helps you! It can't get any easier than someone grocery shopping for you.

Vegan Everyday Stories: This is a new documentary that I actually find helpful for families to watch. It follows a girl who has decided to be vegan and two others that you may not expect become vegan too.
I hope you found this list helpful, and if you have a favorite vegan video I didn't post let me know! :)

3 Things to do Always

I really adore making lists and not only to I enjoy it, but life seems listless without lists. (See what I did there?) I always typically have a few lists of various items or things to do going on at once. Even though that sounds confusing I usually break it up into categories. If it seems too overwhelming or I know it's a day I don't have a lot of time I like to at least accomplish a list of three. It is simple, less stressful, and usually most it takes less than fives hours to finish. The time is up to you of course, but some days I usually can find myself wasting away in the black hole of YouTube and so much time has already passed. I typically make my lists in the mornings or at night and sometimes I do my lists for the whole week. I love the stationary I get to choose or is gifted to me and smooth ink pens I admittedly am so much more picky about buying now.  It's so fulfilling to feel like I actually did something and the satisfaction comes when I cross it off the list and reward myself with a break or chocolate. (;

Do you make lists? And if you do can you think of three things that can be done today?

Black Clothing Styles

When I usually know my size at certain stores and I know I need a few pieces I go and find them online. It's nice when you know you'll have a busy week and sometimes I feel like I spend too much time in the store and don't even buy that much. Here are a few pieces I find in black that makes a wardrobe interesting, but not dull. Black can be classy, sexy, and fun.

1. Side Zipper Wedge Booties $34.99 they're wedge style which I feel is a good in between instead of wearing flats or heels all the time. 2. Lace Scrolling Design Tights $10.00 absolutely comfort and makes you look very fancy and dressed up. 3. Apt. 9 Structured Shirt dark background and a light white design it is subtle yet very professional looking and takes away from the all black attire trap. 4. Apt. 9 Texture Midi Pencil Skirt $36.00  texture anything makes it seem like it's alright to have more than one of something. You can never have to many black skirts especially if you're running late for a meeting and don't know what to wear. 5. Angie Strappy Heel $32.99 One strap is sexy, two straps are cute, and way more is just dominantly gorgeous. 6.Silky Sheer High Tights $8.00 these are for the modest and the simplistic days, but they always make an outfit feel pulled together. 7. Mesh Scoopneck Top $30.00 this actually isn't the top featured above, but it does have sheer polkda sleeves. Sorry I couldn't find the other link! 8. Tulle Skirt SALE $28.80 flirty and free this would be super cute to wear a on date. 9. Ecote Scout Panama Hat $39.00 take a walk outside and keep shaded with this classy beautiful hat. 10. BDG Mini Saddle Bag #34.00 made from vegan leather this is a perfect bag for a night out or the carry on purse that's the obnoxious size. 11. Around the World $34.00 even though this is from the same company this is not vegan leather to be noted. Although a watch is still a nice statement piece to have in a professional environment. 12. Cat Eye Sunglasses $50.00 Sunglasses have gotten their game up and these cut out cat ear glasses seem like a must. I know they seem a little pricey, but you only live once right? And taking maybe 50+ Instagram pictures will totally make up for it. (;

These are some of the stores I like to online to because I usually know my size in the brand and don't need to go and try them at the store. What kind of clothing stores do you shop online with?
